Jay is
the founder and president of Nartowicz International Culinary
Consulting, LLC, (NICC, LLC) which began in 2002. With a culinary
career of over 22 years, Jay has been fortunate to have held senior
culinary management positions for some of the largest branded
Chains/Businesses in the USA and United Kingdom.
NICC, LLC’s
culture of flexibility, accessibility and innovation has enabled Jay
and his team to successfully complete over 400 projects. NICC, LLC
has had consecutive annual growth in revenues and client base in its
five years of business with all of its new clients coming from
referrals. NICC, LLC is based in Orlando, Florida and has recently
opened a Boston Regional Division to better serve the Northeast and
Canadian markets.
Prior to starting NICC, LLC and returning
to the USA, Jay was Director of Food Innovation and Development for
Whitbread, plc. where he led the restructuring of its several
commercial teams into one central area of excellence. As Department
Head, his team included culinary, business development, equipment
process and commercial finance for over 43 brands with a total of
4200 units. |
Prior to
Whitbread, plc., Jay held a similar position for Allied Domecq,
plc., beginning in the USA with their retail brand and then was
promoted to lead their two divisions in the United
Kingdom.
In the USA, Jay held Culinary Senior Management
positions with Walt Disney World, Back Bay Restaurants, Boston
Market, TOGO’s, Darden Restaurants’ Red Lobster chain and Griffith
Laboratories.
Jay is a graduate of Johnson & Wales
University in Providence, RI, and is a Founding Board Member for the
Research Chefs Association. He has lectured at the University of
Houston and of Illinois on Food Trends, as well as industry events,
conferences and has been featured in numerous publications. He has
been recognized and awarded throughout his career for leadership,
innovation, speed to market and team building.
Jay lives in
Orlando an enjoys boating with his wife, Julie, and five children,
as well as traveling, dining out, golf and being a supporting fan of
his wife’s and children’s soccer careers.

Recognized in the industry as one of the premier
Executive Chefs, Joe Nartowicz's career began with Sheraton Boston
Hotel in Boston, MA, the opening of the PGA Sheraton Resort in Palm
Beach Gardens, FL then onto Sheraton City Center in Dallas, TX.
Joe's career next led him to the Boston Park Plaza Hotel and Towers
where he also held the position of executive chef. His career
continued at the Starwood Corporation where he served as Executive
Chef for their five-star hotel properties.
Joe has prepared
dinners for Presidents Reagan, Bush and Clinton. President Clinton
repeatedly and currently requests his services whenever he is in the
Boston area.
Joe has also been Guest Chef at the
Inter-Continental Hotel in Sao Paolo, Brazil. He has been Host Chef
for the Northeast ACF Regional Convention, Les Dames D'Escoffier,
Boston Chapter and Chaine des Rotisseurs. Joe was also appointed to
the Starwood Corporation's National Procurement Team. |

Joe is a 1980 graduate of Johnson and Wales in
Providence, RI. He has appeared in numerous publications and has
appeared on local New England television. He currently lives in
Norton, Massachusetts with his wife, children and barnyard
collection of rescued and orphaned animals. In his spare time, he
enjoys gardening, beekeeping, travel and, of course, cooking and
dining out.
As Director-Executive Chef, Specialty Culinary
Services for Nartowicz International Culinary Consulting, LLC, Joe's
talents will be utilized for special projects. He is based in the
Regional Office in the greater Boston area.

Julie's scope of responsibilities includes marketing
and communications as well as presentation strategies and
procurement. She adds significant value to our company as the eyes
of the consumer in products and strategies. She also has an
intuitive sense of kid's menu development platforms and
programs.
Julie also has operational experience running some
of the first Boston Chicken sites in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
In Hartford, CT, she was with the opening and management teams of
Joe's American Bar & Grille which is part of the Back Bay
Restaurant Group.
Julie is a 1988 graduate of Keene State
College in New Hampshire. Julie and Jay have four children and live
in Orlando, FL. In her spare time, Julie can be found cheering her
children in soccer, as well as playing herself. |

Raechel was recruited to NICC, LLC, after having
finished culinary school and working over 12 years in restaurant
operations. Her last restaurant position was with Roy’s Hawaiian
Fusion.
Raechel has worked on over 175 projects for NICC,
LLC and has recently been promoted to Managing Director-Culinary.
Raechel is a graduate in Culinary Arts from the Orlando
Culinary Academy's Le Cordon Bleu Program and she has a Bachelor's
Degree in Studio Arts from the University of Central
Florida.
Along with Culinary & Creative Expertise,
Raechel has extensive training in drink fusions and development. She
is also trained in Food Styling. With all of these skills, Raechel
is a great enhancement to Culinary, Creative, Beverage Development
and Food Photography for NICC, LLC's clients. |

| Raechel has a private catering company whose primary
clients are the elite of Orlando. She is also the Personal Chef on
the Nextel Yacht and is from the St. Petersburg/Clearwater area of
Florida. Raechel currently resides in Mt. Dora, FL with her husband,
Scott, and enjoys travel, pottery, landscaping, cooking,
snowboarding and boating. |

Dave also came aboard at
NICC, LLC in February 2009 after working 15 years in the restaurant
industry. Dave has owned and operated his own deli business in
New York, as well as worked for a number of national chain
restaurants including Red Lion Hotels, Ground Round, Tin Alley Grill
and Shells Seafood Restaurants.
For the past five years, Dave
was at Shells Seafood Restaurants as the corporate chef with
responsibilities including core menu development, creating written
recipes and procedures, product research and development and working
with food manufacturers to commercialize signature company products.
Over the last year, Dave has developed recipes to position the brand
for expansion into the Middle East working under the Halal
certification guidelines.
Dave graduated with a
bachelor's degree from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI.
He has performed numerous cooking demonstrations on local Tampa
television, including Studio 10, Daytime and Fox' Good Day Tampa
Bay. He currently lives in Tampa, Florida. In his spare
time, he enjoys any number of outdoor recreations including golf,
geo caching, boating, fishing and dining out. |

Eddie has been with NICC, LLC since the fall of 2007
and has been working at Darden Restaurants’ Seasons 52 since May
2004 as a chef at its Sand Lake Road location. He has been involved
with the development of menu items for Seasons 52 and has worked in
their test kitchen with their Corporate Chef.
During his time at NICC, LLC, Eddie has been instrumental in
completing various projects and has had a variety of
responsibilities. He enjoys working and learning about food
development on both the consulting and the restaurant side.
Eddie is a graduate in Culinary Arts from Keiser College, Capital
Culinary, in Tallahassee, FL.
A native of Miami, FL, he currently resides in Kissimmee, FL with
his wife, Angie and Kiki, their pet Chihuahua. Eddie also enjoys
building computers, traveling, watching football and cooking for his
family and friends. |

As Chef
Services Assistant, Judy Kuehnel literally jumps in and helps out in
a variety of different ways. She enjoys learning about and working
with food development.
Judy is a 1989 graduate of the
University of Connecticut, Storrs, with a BS Degree. She is also a
licensed Physical Therapist in Connecticut and Florida. She is an
All American Soccer Player and is in the Connecticut Hall of Fame.
She still plays and coaches soccer.
Judy recently moved to
Orlando with her husband, Bob, and three children. Her strong family
resemblance to Julie Nartowicz is because they are identical twins.
