December 31, 2007 – Another Year Closes With Record Growth for NICC, LLC

Chain Client Growth Surpasses Expectations in 2007
NICC LLC has been privileged to experience a large increase in requests for services directly from chain restaurants including TGI Friday’s, Chick-Fil-A, KFC International, Longhorn, Shells Seafood Restaurants, Taco Cabana and Checkers/Rally. “It has been exciting to lead, support and work on many high profile projects for these chains,” said Jay Nartowicz. “We look forward to continued work with them in 2008.”

Food Photography Growth Expands In 2007
With Raechel Barfield’s expertise for food styling and design, NICC, LLC has been awarded numerous additional food photography projects. “We began offering this service to our clients two years ago and it has really taken off this year,” said Jay Nartowicz. “We have new and repeat clients who feel we provide a great value with our food styling and photography. These projects have provided a steady revenue stream for NICC, LLC.”
November 27, 2007 -- Raechel Barfield Becomes A Mom
Raechel gave birth at 6:44 p.m. on November 27, 2007 to a boy, Nash Reily, who weighed in at 7 lbs., 12 ozs. Mom and Baby are doing great.
Raechel will be home enjoying Baby Nash for awhile and will be back to work Jan 6th, 2008. Her email address is raechelb66@aol.com.

Sartori Foods Human Resources in Plymouth, WI, has just completed their second S.T.A.R. Program in Orlando, FL. S.T.A.R. refers to “Sartori Team Members Achieving Results.” The program rewards exceptional team members of Sartori Foods with a trip to NICC, LLC’s facility in Orlando. During the two day program, they visit retail stores and restaurant chains and meet with their CEO’s, General Managers and Executive Chefs. Joe brings 28 years of culinary experience in the hotel and fine dining sectors as Executive Chef for Starwood, Sheraton and Park Plaza Hotels. NICC, LLC has now completed the Culinary Strategy Workshop for three of its clients. The sessions include Strategic Modeling, SWOT Analysis, Customer Focus, GAP Analysis, Brand Differentiator Identification and Emotional Brand Connectors. We have again received great feedback and quantified reviews.
April 1, 2005: NICC, LLC Continues Culinary Training Sessions
NICC, LLC has conducted its fourth culinary training session with favorable results. One client was so pleased; they asked us to train a second group. Participants included the R & D, Culinary, Marketing and Executive Level teams. In all, we have completed four trainings for three different clients with favorable comments and feedback.

September 1, 2004: NICC, LLC Announces Successful Growth Strategy Shift
NICC, LLC has successfully executed a domestic marketplace growth strategy this year. The new growth strategy focuses on one goal — To aggressively build a solid USA business base as the primary market and with an International base as its secondary market.

The growth strategy change has reversed due to the sector economies and massive client business changes, primarily in the United Kingdom. According to Jay Nartowicz, president of NICC, LLC. “We still have the resources to support our UK side of the business, however since we are now USA based, we feel the need to grow dominantly in our vast domestic marketplace.”
October 1, 2004: NICC, LLC Receiving Rave Reviews on Strategy Positioning Workshops
To date, NICC, LLC has successfully completed one international and three domestic Strategic Workshops for their supplier sector clients among their senior management teams. The workshops focus on business growth through models, strategies and, most importantly, clear and tangible action planning.

The workshop does a complete SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) and GAP Analysis on clients, reviews their competitor base, identifies points of distinction (in product, process and service) and strengthens their customer focus strategy. NICC, LLC has also identified, implemented and strengthened their clients’ targeted customer communications process.

February 16, 2004: New Addition to NICC, LLC Family
Josie Catherine Nartowicz arrived on the scene on February 16, 2004 at 10:44 a.m. weighing in at 6 lbs., 11 ozs., 19 ½ inches long. Josie is our newest recruit, apprentice and member of the Kid’s Menu Focus Group. After screening many kid’s menu concepts through collective age groups of children, NICC, LLC has confirmed its strategy for kid’s menu product development. Our guiding development for future kids’ projects include our top line findings which are: Recognizable, not pretentious, fun, interactive, familiar, textural, 2-dimensional flavors, indulgent yet wholesome, special only to kids, and finally, segmentation of offerings for various age groups.

November 3, 2003: Jason L. Vanatta Joins NICC, LLC As Corporate Chef, R & D
We are pleased to welcome Jason L. Vanatta as Corporate Chef, R & D. Jason is a 1995 AOS degree graduate from the Florida Culinary Institute, West Palm Beach, Florida. Jason has left his Sous Chef post with Talk of the Town Inc.’s newest restaurant concept, Moonfish. Prior to Talk of the Town Inc., Jason served under Manny Garcia’s Culinary Concepts Inc. umbrellas as Kitchen Manager for Pebbles, Chef at Harvey’s Bistro with additional responsibilities at Manuel’s on the 28th each in Orlando, Florida. Jason also shared R & D responsibilities at Chef Creations, a separate division of Culinary Concepts Inc. Jason also held the Sous Chef post at Louis Chatham’s, Louis’ Downtown Restaurant in Orlando. Jason is an Orlando resident and is well respected in the Orlando restaurant scene.
