Our founder, Jay
Nartowicz, has held senior research and development and culinary
management positions with some of the largest food service companies
in the USA and UK, as well as for a global food manufacturing
corporation. He and his staff have over 45 years combined experience
in the casual dining, QSR, home meal replacement and food
manufacturing sectors. NICC, LLC's pool of consultants is also ready
to help with specialized project needs.
NICC, LLC was
established in July 2002 and is based in Orlando, Florida, USA with
a regional office in the Boston area of Massachusetts.
